Benefits
Healthy employees are happy employees. We provide 3 tiers of Medical plans through Care First. Blue Raster pays 100% of your medical premium and we will subsidize a portion of your dependents’ premiums. We also offer Dental &Vision insurance options through Delta Dental & Care First. All of our plans come with an HSA option administered through Health Equity.
Blue Raster will cover your premiums for Life Insurance and Short term/ Long Term Disability benefits. We also provide a complimentary LifeCare Employee assistance program (EAP).
401(k)
Planning for your future is essential. We offer 401(k) benefits along with access to savings guidance from Vanguard, and our employees are encouraged to contribute to their individual retirement plans. In addition to your contributions, Blue Raster helps grow your retirement savings by contributing a 3% Non-Elective Contribution, plus an annual profit-sharing contribution.
